Music and Sound of Rob Willett

Generally when I’m working on a track I don’t save incrementally very often. I’ll try to do it so you can listen to each version of a track side by side. Here’s a couple examples, starting with some more work on the track I posted the other day.

Combination of some old things I’d been working on with a lot of new stuff added.

Another track for my friend’s webcomic.

Rainy
Made for a friend making a mod for Amnesia: The Dark Descent (added the rain effects to show how it would sound in game).

I’m attempting to resurrect this blog after a year of disuse. I’ve been continuing to work on music since then, but have slacked off on sharing it with the public.

I have a slightly easier workflow to get things posted now, so hopefully it’ll get me to post updates more regularly.

To start off here is a track I did a while ago when a friend requested some ambient music for an animated webcomic he was doing.

Environ

I’ll try to post both finished work and stuff that is highly WIP. Though I’m always going back and tweaking old files, so I’ll try and post updates about those too.

A while back I posed two versions of a track because I didn’t know which one I liked more.
Well I ended up just more or less combining the two to get the result here. I like it.
